The Jeepney is one of the Philippines Iconic public transportation.  It shows the Filipino ingenuity and building these vehicles as well as the trust in people.  When you ride in a jeepney the way you pay your driver is by having one of your fellow passengers to pass along the payment to the driver.  This just brings nostalgia and send of Pride for us Filipinos.
